Home Inspector Spain wants to be an independent part of your real estate purchase in Spain. When in doubt, we also want to be able to advise you against buying a property. This is how we elaborated a pretty clever paying system for you: You pay us the small Surveyors fees (only 350 € + VAT), as well as a share of 25% in the negotiated savings.
The Surveyors fees 350 € include the real estate valuations and recommendations (in written or oral form). We also examine framework conditions – as long as the seller provides us with all the necessary documents. In your best interest, we want to have a detailed overview of the property and pass on well-founded knowledge to you through our recommendations. But it is after all of this when our mission really starts: We now begin to determine the value of the defects and negotiate the price with the seller or estate agent in your interest. Our Surveyors fees consists in a share of 25% of the savings we negotiate for you. This is a fair agreement for everybody: you can be sure we are motivated – and you get the best possible price. Purchase price already negotiated?
We recommend hiring our services always BEFORE MAKING BINDING OFFERS. Please keep in mind that oral contracts can also equal purchase in Spain. It can still happen, in some cases, that a purchase price isn’t negotiable anymore. If you have already made an offer and the purchase price isn’t negotiable anymore, our fee for the Home Inspector’s mission is – without share in savings – 550€ + VAT up to a purchase price of 750.000€.
