Step 2: Analysis, valuation, recommendations:
After the inspection, Surveyors Costa del Sol continue the work in the office. There, we analyse the data we found and draw up understandable reports for you. When our real estate valuation is finished, the next step of our service is to recommend a possible purchase price to you and explain what a renovation might cost you.
Step 3: Negotiating with the seller
As soon as the analysis is done, we initiate negotiations with the seller to achieve the right purchase price for you. This is when we let the seller know the defects we have detected in the holiday property and what their repair may cost. All other downsides of the property are also elaborated on and a purchase price is negotiated. Every defect has an influence on the negotiations.
